Coaching Experience

My style is Intense, passionate, energetic with focus

COACHING EXPERIENCE
I have an extensive and diverse coaching background, with over 30 years of experience. I have coached at every level, from youth sports all the way up to professional athletes. This includes high school, junior college, and Division I college athletes, giving me a broad understanding of player development across various stages of competition.

Currently, I’m working with one of the most prominent freshman quarterbacks in the state of California, further solidifying my reputation as a skilled and experienced coach who can guide athletes to reach their full potential.

ATHLETIC HIGHLIGHTS
I’m a former All-City quarterback who had the pleasure of being coached by Steve Mariucci, Andy Reid, and Brad Childress during my collegiate years. I graduated from Northern Arizona University where I was a record breaking quarterback. For the past 30 years, I’ve been dedicated to training quarterbacks and coordinating offenses, helping young athletes develop their skills and prepare for the next level. Guiding and transferring kids has been a major part of my life, and it's something I take pride in every day.

SESSION PLAN
A training session with me is high-energy and specifically engineered to mold each athlete based on their individual needs. From the moment we start, the focus is on attention to detail, and no two sessions are exactly the same. Each player’s strengths and areas for improvement are addressed with precision.

We start with mechanics, working to perfect everything from throwing motion to foot placement. Footwork drills are a key component, helping quarterbacks move efficiently in the pocket, escape pressure, and maintain balance. Beyond the physical side, we work intensely on improving football IQ, awareness, and decision-making. This includes reading defenses, understanding game situations, and enhancing on-field accuracy.

But more than anything, these sessions are designed to transform a young boy into a man, a field general, and a leader. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and leadership qualities that translate to game-day performance. My training is a constant chase for excellence, pushing athletes to reach levels they didn’t think were possible, all while developing the mindset of a true leader on and off the field.
